Actually this does work Tesla invented it but, I'll just explain how it works properly. You need 2 tesla coils with pancake base coils. You resonate the coil to the resonant frequency and overlay a 12.6 CPS signal which will draw in the Telluric charge from your property and amplify it(Tesla regenerative effect)and then transmit it directly into the "Time Domain". On its own the effect is useless but have a tuned resonant receiver and that magnified energy appears at receiver except its actually drawing its energy from the tesla sphere antenna and dumping it into the ground. On the Transmitter side you'll see the manifestation of Voltage appear and on the receiver side you'll see a manifestation of Amperage currents appear in your output coil that completes the circuit. The freaked out thing is you don't even need to be directly grounded to the earth because energy is transfered into the "Time Domain" between both the Transmitter and Receiver.

Thank you, John. Your explanation is clear and easy to understand. Tesla proved you can transform virtually any signal into a usable voltage and/or current.
thank you, tnguyen. you're right. not only green technology, but green economics (recycle, disposal, re-use) is important.
After carefully reviewing your idea, I'd like to add that the true value behind inovation relies heavily uopn an idea's ability to have future impacts economically, environmentally, and socially. These impacts are worth noting, because they remain the only way to help promote a greener and more energy efficient future. Through practical everyday application, it is ideas like yours and mine that will be critical to widespread changes. In order succeed in such an endeavor requires not only great enginuity, but also future market abilities. Check out the ideas I have submitted, and let's support each other to help build a better future.

i'm a fan of flywheels too. i hope people adopt them wherever they can.
There is only a miniscule voltage difference across the average property holding. The only practical use for Telluric current so far has been telegraphy, which involves great distances, and needs only enough power to register.

Bob, thank you for your comment. It doesn't rely totally on telluric current, but it does get buried in the ground.
Sounds good. How ready is this to be available to others? Is it expensive? Bury, plug, and play sounds good. Is it ok if I don't know what telluric current is? (Yes, I can look it up, but I'd be happy to learn from you.)

Thanks,
Allison

It does use ground currents, but most people, like Bob (no offense, Bob) look at ground current/voltage and conclude it is not enough to run a battery on its own, and therefore haven't done much experimenting to improve ground current usage. We have. I don't have a "sexy" description for it yet for people to get their minds around (like solar, or geothermal) so I use the unfortunately esoteric word "telluric." It competes with all current electricity/power options, but for home use, only over the life of the home. What I mean is that right now it costs about 10-15 years worth of electric bills for the average homeowner. I'm working on bringing that cost down, obviously.
Thanks for the explanation. Ok, can I be a little mean here and ask why it's called telluric if that's not really what it relies on? :) Seriously, how much power can I get,and what does this cost me as a homeowner? Does this idea compete with the expense of geothermal power where we're digging wells? It sounds like you have tried this out at least in one pilot. What are your next stages? Thanks, Allison

Telluric currents are also called ground currents. They run through the earth naturally. It's a tiny bit expensive now because it is designed for businesses/factories and buildings that use a lot of electricity, but with a partnership with GE I can scale it down to individual home use. Thank you for your reply, by the way.
