Of course, a wind map is helpful…as long as it is not used to enable municipals to legally impose limitations on where wind energy can be harvested. With a little power and old fashion thinking … the facts do not always see the light of day! However, I believe the Federal laws with override the municipals laws when it comes to renewable wind energy permits.
