Hey, congrats on the additional funding. I think you should (and probably already) consider this as an additional way that panels can make money and pay for themselves:

The municipality charges for power for electric vehicles even if they don't produce it. They would be a reseller.

Additionally, you could also be an antenna for cellphone companies as well (or house their key components) and lease out the space.
